Sword & Shield Coaching - BECAUSE WHO YOU ARE MATTERS!
The Identity and Destiny Conference
October 13th and 14th, 2017
Held at Third Church in Richmond, Virginia

Everything we do in life connects to both our identity and our destiny, leading us to ask the question, “Who am I?”
You have the chance to be royalty if you have the heart to take that chance. Do you?

We have the chance to be set free from everything that binds us—to be set free from our insecurities, fears, and the masks that we wear. We have the chance to live from the new heart that Jesus has given us. We have the chance to stop hiding, and to step into our true identities as sons and daughters of the King of Kings—the chance to walk in the destiny and future that He has prepared for us.
We have the chance, but the choice is ours.

In this two-day conference, led by Jessie Mejias and Sandra Sellmer-Kersten, you will be encouraged to live a full, passionate life, one that embraces your true identity and God’s kingdom purposes. His intention is that our identities as sons and daughters would be so strong that life’s inevitable blows would not affect us greatly—that we would be so full of love and truth, lies would have no place to take root and grow in us.

This conference will feature dynamic teachings, inspiring messages, live demonstrations, and powerful prayer.
Registration is now open! When you sign up before Aug. 13, 2017, you’ll save $20 on the general rate. Follow the link below to learn more and register.

Jessie Mejias

Jessie Mejias – President & Director, FHI
Rev. Jessie Mejias, M.A., is the Founder and President of Finding Home Institute. Since 2001, she has worked as a well-known counselor and teacher in Virginia.
Jessie began her work of prayer counseling and discipling others in 1991, when she was called by God to partner with Him in counseling and helping to heal the brokenhearted and to set the captives free.
After earning a Masters Degree in Human Services Counseling, Jessie became Director of Counseling at Calvary Gospel Church in Arlington, Virginia. There, besides doing one-on-one prayer counseling, she began training others to integrate good counseling skills with inner healing prayer. In 2009, she received a Special Ministry License from International Ministerial Fellowship and started Finding Home Institute, which moved to the city of Richmond, Virginia in 2012. Jessie and her husband, Alex, reside in Richmond, and have two married sons and four grandchildren.

Sandra Sellmer-Kersten

Sandra Sellmer-Kersten will be the guest speaker at this year’s Identity and Destiny Conference. Sandra served on staff with Elijah House Ministries (USA) for nine years under John and Paula Sandford, traveling extensively and carrying the message of sanctification and transformation. Sandra now works with The House of Nacham Ministries, Elijah House New Zealand, Elijah House USA, and other Elijah House ministries around the world.
Her husband, Peter Kersten, attended Bible School and Ministry Training in Brisbane, Australia; successfully pioneered a church in Blenheim, NZ for six years; and moved to Hawke’s Bay in 1994 where he started Kersten Building Recyclers.
Peter and Sandra married in 2011, and since that time have traveled and ministered together as much as possible. Sandra and Peter move powerfully in the gifts of the Holy Spirit, and minister with gentleness and compassion.
Sandra and Peter now travel together to minister to, train and equip others. They share a passion for prayer ministry, desiring that people be healed and set free from unresolved trauma, pain, shame, and sinful habit structures and patterns, so that they can walk in honor and dignity as children of the King– fully released into their true identities and destinies.
